At 100mm/sec - the head did not return to the same place, it was about 1mm to the right in the X axis (gantry left to right). The Y axis (front to back) was aligned. At 200mm/sec, it was about 1.5mm to the right and 300mm/sec, it was dead on. WebNov 5, 2024 · After resetting user origin, the problem persists. I have also used the "Current Position" setting in Lightburn, and it will start from the heads current position, which is my set user origin, but if I place a graphic in Lightburn to cut at say x150, y75, it will begin cutting the graphic in the corner at my x0, y0 markings.

I also ALWAYS use the Return To Origin button AFTER any run of the laser. I CANNOT use SET ORIGIN or GO TO HOME, machine runs til it crashes, no limit switches. For an actual start point. There is no way to 'set' an actual start point. But once you have an outside shape, if you break and remake the line it will become the start point.
