Projects include Operation Zero Tolerance, Click It or Ticket and 100 Days of Summer HEAT (Highway Enforcement of Aggressive Traffic). WebThis is the second year of the three-year HEAT grant from the GOHS. Every year, the County must sign a new one-year contract with the GOHS. Next year, the County expects to receive a HEAT grant for the third year, though the funding level is only expected to cover sixty percent of the cost of the two HEAT positions.
