WebOct 4, 2011 · Even locking the ini's to read-only still allows them to be overwritten. EDIT: Add the mouse config lines to fallout_default.ini in the main New Vegas folder. Still not totally gone, but this helps quite a bit. Edit2: Confirmed, adding those lines to fallout_default.ini will disable mouse acceleration.
