The best thing that can be said about CrossCode is it doesn't feel at all dated or clunky on the other end of a prolonged development time. WebSep 1, 2024 · The other small annoyance that I encountered, not dissimilar from my experience of CrossCode a year ago, is the huge frame rate dips that occur whenever the action gets too intense or there are too many enemies on-screen, causing the game to stutter considerably.
WebI have not heard of any Switch patch, but I do not think it is a major concern. I have two friends who have played through the Switch version of CrossCode. One of them noticed some frame drops in later areas under very specific circumstances, but it was neither game breaking nor did it affect their enjoyment of the game.
